Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - May 5, 2015) - Matica Enterprises Inc. (CSE: MMJ) (FSE: 39N) (OTC: MQPXF) ("Matica" or the "Company") wishes to provide an update on the THC Dispensaries, Inc. ("THCD") facility construction. As a result of harsh winter experienced in and around Antigonish, Nova Scotia the local roads have been impassible for a crane and HVAC delivery to the site. THCD, Matica's partner, has been in regular contact with the Department of Transportation and has even donated equipment and gravel to fill in large sink holes and allow passage on the roads. Frank MacMaster of THCD reports that the road could be ready for HVAC delivery to site by the end of the current week if there is no rain. Upon installation and testing of the equipment THCD will be in a position to request a pre-licence inspection from Health Canada. The Company will endeavour to keep shareholders abreast of any further important developments.
