(OTC PINK: SMKG) announces today that UBC-TV has taken the next step in its rollout by forming a joint venture with SmartCard Marketing Systems Inc., a Canadian-based technology company that has several technologies that allow companies to create, issue, activate, validate and redeem coupons and other offers in real-time on smart phones and tablets. SmartCard Marketing Systems Inc. also has location-based technology and payment systems that allow for payments via smart phones and other methods.
