TORONTO, May 8, 2015 /CNW/- NexJ Systems Inc., (TSX: NXJ) a provider of cloud-based software, delivering enterprise solutions for the financial services, insurance, and healthcare industries today announced, in accordance with the Toronto Stock Exchange Company Manual, that the nominees listed in its Management Information Circular dated March 27, 2015 were elected as its Directors. The directors were unanimously elected by show of hands at the Company's Annual General Meeting.
8,290,370 common shares were represented at the meeting, including 8,255,128 common shares represented by way of proxy and 35,242 common shares in person.
