Africa Oil Corp. ("Africa Oil", "AOC" or the "Company") (TSX:AOI)(OMX:AOI) is pleased to announce the approval and publication of an admission to trading prospectus in connection with its US$100,000,000 non-brokered private placement, the completion of which was announced on May 29, 2015.
The admission to trading prospectus for the new shares that was issued on May 29, 2015, to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, was approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw.
