Perpetual Industries Building a Jaguar D-Type Using Their XYO Technology to Attempt a 200MPH World Land Speed Record at Bonneville

PRPI

LAS VEGAS, NV and BONNEVILLE SALT FLATS, UT--(Marketwired - Jun 1, 2015) - Perpetual Industries Inc. (OTC PINK: PRPI), a developer of new and innovative energy efficient products, today announced that the Company is building a custom Jaguar D-Type using their innovative XYO Technology in an attempt to set a new 200MPH world land speed record at Speed Week 2015, scheduled to take place August 8-14, at the Bonneville Salt Flats International Speedway in Utah.

Led by the Company's automotive racing team arm, XYO Racing, the Jaguar D-Type will feature the innovative XYO Mechanical Balancing Technology. Racing under the Modified Sports, Class H engine, FMS (unblown fuel) and GMS (unblown gas) categories, the project aims to further prove the benefits of the XYO Technology for automotive applications.

"Everything that rotates needs to be balanced, and XYO is the best solution," stated Brent W. Bedford, President and CEO of Perpetual Industries. "Conventional balancing methods are imprecise, static, and cannot adapt to imbalance changes, while XYO will automatically and continuously keep rotating systems well balanced. Improved balancing reduces vibration, wear and tear, power consumption, and noise emissions, ultimately making everything that spins more energy efficient."

Continuing, Bedford stated, "We believe that our unique XYO Technology will give us the edge needed to reach the 200MPH goal, and racing at the Bonneville Salt Flats is the ultimate test for our technology. XYO will be designed and installed into the driveshaft and possibly the wheels, and improving balancing will help minimize vibration while increasing fuel efficiency and power output."

With over a billion cars on the roads today, the Company's innovative XYO Technology can help make these vehicles much more energy efficient while enhancing performance and lessening emissions that have a measurable impact on the environment.

The Company is offering motor enthusiasts an opportunity to be part of this unique project. They will be launching an Indiegogo campaign set to begin on June 1, 2015, which will provide backers with the opportunity to receive various team rewards in exchange for their support. The campaign can be viewed here:

Perpetual is also offering a lucky few candidates a chance to be the driver of this iconic car. Two of the available spots are for drivers looking to set their own World Land Speed Record. Corporate sponsorship packages are also available for companies looking to gain exposure.

The team can be contacted directly for details on how to apply to be a driver for the upcoming event in Bonneville, or to learn about available corporate sponsorship opportunities.
