The Corporation is pleased to announce results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders that was held on June 2, 2015 (the "Meeting").
The shareholders of the Corporation approved all of the matters to be acted upon at the Meeting, including the election of incumbent directors Ken Bagan, Ken Berg, Scott Berry, Martin Hall, Robert Riecken and Robert Tutty and nominee director John L. Grisdale. Mr. Grisdale has been President and a Director of CanAir Nitrogen Inc. (a supplier of cryogenic liquid nitrogen to the oil and gas industry) since February 2013. From February 2002 until October 2012, Mr. Grisdale held various positions at Calfrac Well Services Corp. (an international pressure pumping service company), including, at the time of his departure, President, US Operating Division. Ken Berg, President and CEO, states "We are very pleased to add an experienced oilfield services professional of John's calibre to our Board and expect that he will make significant contributions in helping shape our vision and strategy going forward."
The Corporation wishes to note that the shareholders of the Corporation approved the special resolution to amend the Articles of the Corporation to increase the authorized maximum number of directors from seven to 12.
