Clearford Water Systems announces that UV Pure Secures Line of Credit

OTTAWA, June 19, 2015 /CNW/ - Clearford Water Systems Inc. ("Clearford" or the "Company"), (TSXV: CLI), today announced that its subsidiary, UV Pure Technologies Inc. ("UV Pure"), has secured a line of credit and term facility which will allow them to borrow up to C$450,000.

The line of credit and term facility was entered into with a Canadian Bank and is secured by a general security agreement in favour of the bank. UV Pure has not drawn any funds at this time.
