The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into
Uranium Energy Corp. (NYSE MKT: UEC) with respect to possible violations

$2.42 on June 18, 2015. On June 19, 2015, the Company’s shares traded
down more than $0.81 to $1.61 per share intraday.
