In the first six months of 2015, the Company has made significant progress in each business unit following the refocus on high-density Wi-Fi applications.

Highlights of 2015 include:

High-Density Wi-Fi Solutions Business Unit:

• -In March 2015, Edgewater expanded its high-density Wi-Fi product line with the EAP3033 - a six channel access point targeting high-density Wi-Fi applications to service public areas such as convention centres and large enterprises.

• -G2 Industries - On March 11, 2015, G2 Industries partnered with Edgewater to distribute and sell WiFi3(tm) powered solutions in the Caribbean, LATAM and EMEA regions. Engineering design and planning are underway for deployment in the region.

• -RareTech Projects Pvt. Ltd. - On June 24, 2015, after extensive testing and evaluation, Rare Tech Projects selected Edgewater's WiFi3(tm) to target the rapidly growing Wi-Fi market in India. Rare Tech Projects purchased equipment, including the EAP3033, and announced plans to establish a multi-million dollar High-Density Demonstration Centre showcasing WiFi3(tm).

Licensing and OEM Business Unit

Focused on accelerating the adoption of Edgewater's patented WiFi3(tm) technology, the Licensing and OEM business unit has hit the following milestones:

• -Development Kit - On March 5, 2015, responding to demand from a Fortune 500 Company, Edgewater launched the WiFi3(tm) Development Kit to enable original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to develop and license the company's patented multi-channel Wi-Fi technology. We continue to work with the Fortune 500 Company, the project is progressing well and we are hiring additional engineers to support the engagement. • -Zinwave Ltd. - On May 12, 2015, Zinwave, a leading supplier of wide-band Distributed Antenna System (DAS) technology for in-building wireless and IP coverage, announced a strategic alliance with Edgewater. Zinwave is integrating WiFi3(tm) into its proven DAS offering to provide the industry's first dedicated high density, multi-channel wireless and Wi-Fi coverage solution. The integrated WIFI3(tm) powered product, called UNIaccess, has multiple applications in the market and we anticipate sales in 2015.

Patent Monetization Business Unit

• -On January 6, 2015, Edgewater dealt one of twenty-three technology patents to a major handset and tablet manufacturer. While the terms and conditions of the transaction are subject to strict non-disclosure, the transaction was a strong validation of the Edgewater's technology and lead to the creation of a business unit focused on unlocking value in the Company's patent portfolio. Edgewater has engaged multiple parties to investigate opportunities to monetize the patent portfolio and activities are on-going.

• -Patent Award - With a Notice of Allowance by the U.S. Patent Office in May 2015, Edgewater has continued to create innovative, new technology to optimize performance and quality of service in wireless networks.
