Shipping and Delivery Operations
ModusLink Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of ModusLink
Global Solutions™ Inc. (NASDAQ: MLNK), a global,
omni-channel technology and fulfillment provider, today announced
that Nick Foy joined the company as director of operations, process
strategy and implementation. In this position, Foy will lead global
process excellence, the development and roll-out of e-fulfillment
capabilities and the implementation of Lean concepts within operations
worldwide.

internet retail and physical logistics, making him an excellent fit for
the role,” said John Boucher, CEO of ModusLink. “We are thrilled to have
him on board.”
Foy also held various marketing and operational positions at Amazon,
Capgemini Consulting, 3663 First for Foodservice and the Glenmorangie
Distillery Company.
“Proper logistics management is a critical part of business success in
today’s world,” added Foy. “Now more than ever companies need the global
reach and full service, end-to-end offerings that ModusLink is known
for. I’m excited to help clients make ModusLink’s strengths become their
