PERTH, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - July 22, 2015) - Mawson West Limited (TSX:MWE) ("Mawson West" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Dennis Wilkins as the Corporate Secretary of the Company.
Mr. Wilkins is the founder and principal of DWCorporate Pty Ltd., a privately held corporate advisory firm servicing the natural resources industry. Since 1994 he has been a director of, and involved in the executive management of, several publicly listed resource companies with operations in Australia, PNG, Scandinavia and Africa. From 1995 to 2001 he was the Finance Director of Lynas Corporation Ltd., during the period when the Mt. Weld Rare Earths project was acquired by the group. Mr. Wilkins is currently a director of Key Petroleum Limited and Shaw River Resources Ltd.
The appointment follows the resignation of Ms. Caroline Keats as Corporate Secretary who is departing following many years of valued service to the Company.
