Realtor.com® operator adds chief product officer, chief marketing officer, business development and strategy leader, elevates finance veteran

SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Move, Inc., a subsidiary of News Corp [Nasdaq: NWS, NWSA] and operator of leading online real estate services provider realtor.com®, has bolstered its consumer-facing and strategic capabilities and built out its executive leadership team with the recent appointments of Tapan Bhat as chief product officer, Nate Johnson as chief marketing officer, Bryan Charap as chief financial officer and Hahn Lee as senior vice president, business development and strategy.

Tapan Bhat – Chief Product Officer

Bhat brings a strong background in consumer web, mobile marketing and product development, having held high-profile positions at both start-ups and established companies. He most recently served as chief product officer at Lithium Technologies. Previously, Bhat was senior vice president of integrated consumer experience at Yahoo! where he was responsible for product, engineering and marketing for several major product lines and held product management roles at Adobe and Intuit. He will be responsible for building and maintaining Move's consumer product strategy and delivery. Bhat holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Georgetown University, The McDonough School of Business.

Nate Johnson – Chief Marketing Officer

Johnson brings extensive consumer-facing marketing and product management experience, having held senior roles at some of the world's leading hardware, software, web and mobile companies. He joins Move from Path, where he served as vice president of marketing and growth & engagement. Prior to Path, Johnson was head of consumer marketing at LinkedIn and held product marketing roles at Google and Apple. He will be responsible for leading Move's global marketing team and brand strategy. Johnson holds a bachelor's degree from Middlebury College and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Bryan Charap – Chief Financial Officer

Charap brings leadership experience in financial planning and analysis, business unit finance and analytics, investor relations, accounting, treasury and sales compensation to his new role as chief financial officer. Most recently senior vice president of finance, he has held a number of finance positions of increasing responsibility during his 14 years at Move. Charap began his career as a business analyst at Eddie Bauer. As CFO, Charap is responsible for company-wide finance and accounting functions. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Puget Sound.

Hahn Lee – Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategy

Lee brings a broad range of business development, strategy and finance experience across the media, entertainment and technology industries. He joins Move from Pop Media Group, a CBS/Lionsgate partnership, where he served as senior vice president, corporate development, strategy and head of financial planning & analysis. Earlier, Lee held business development and finance positions at The Walt Disney Company, Fox and TV Guide. He also held roles at investment banks Bear Stearns and Jefferies. He will oversee corporate and business development with a focus on mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Lee earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
