("Gatekeeper" or the "Company") (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF) announces that, further to its press release dated July 31, 2015, and pursuant to the marketing service agreement (the "Agreement") with Davis Research Corp., the Company has issued 250,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.15, based on the achievement of a certain milestone as specified within the Agreement.
The shares issued are subject to a four-month hold and cannot be traded until December 8, 2015.
