HOUSTON, Aug. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Westlake Chemical Corporation (NYSE:WLK) declared on Friday, August 21, 2015, a dividend of $0.1815 per share, an increase of 10% from the $0.165 per share paid in the second quarter of 2015. The dividend will be payable on September 22, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 4, 2015.
This is the 44th successive quarterly dividend that Westlake has declared since completing its initial public offering in August 2004.
