No Change from Previously Announced Financial Results

Super Micro Computer, Inc. (NASDAQ:SMCI), a leader in application optimized, high performance server solutions, today announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015. The filing was made within the fifteen day extension period permitted in connection with the Company’s previous filing on Form 12b-25 and included no changes from the Company’s previously reported financial results, including those for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015 as announced on August 4, 2015.
