Daniels Corporate Advisory Refines Food and Beverage Acquisition Focus

DCAC

NEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Daniels Corporate Advisory Co. Inc. (OTCQB:DCAC) today released details on the Company's Food and Beverage Group acquisition focus. Formed in July of 2015, the Food and Beverage Group subsidiary has refined its acquisition focus to two specific silos – Italian Café's and Clubs with Entertainment.

While currently conducting due diligence on several potential acquisitions in these two silos, the Company is seeking additional Café and Club acquisitions that are cash flow-positive going concerns in the New York metro area. Daniels Corporate Advisory offers Café and Club owners a medium-term exit and earn-out opportunity based upon a large initial cash acquisition payment and sequential annual earn-out notes convertible to cash or shares in Daniels Corporate Advisory at an attractive discount at note maturation.

"We are focusing on acquiring successful Italian Café's and Clubs with Entertainment because we have found, in general, that the owners are passionate about their businesses and as a result have generated good market share and great customer loyalty in their respective locations," said Daniels Corporate Advisory CEO Arthur Viola. "What Daniels brings to the mix is two-fold – first, we provide a gradual exit opportunity for owners that both benefits them financially and emotionally, and our Company and shareholders through the owners' ongoing involvement in driving their businesses success. Secondly, when a Café or Club joins our Food and Beverage Group, operationally they get the immediate benefits of volume purchasing as well as the economies of scale that make best-of-breed infrastructure available to them in areas such as our advisory services, marketing, payroll, accounting and management."

The Daniels Advisory Food and Beverage Group is focused on acquiring going concerns with sales from $300,000 to $3 million annually that are cash flow positive. Once acquired, Daniels Corporate Advisory professionals with specific niche experience will fine-tune operations and marketing in the expansion of each acquisition with eventual integration into a unified and themed brand entity.

The Company is currently conducting ongoing due diligence on several acquisition opportunities in the Italian Café and Club/Entertainment silos and expects to provide public updates on progress in this area on a regular basis.
