OurPet's Company Reaches Settlement With Competitor Over DuraPet(R) Patent

FAIRPORT HARBOR, OH--(Marketwired - October 05, 2015) - OurPet’s Company (OTCQX: OPCO), a leading proprietary pet supply company, today announced a patent infringement settlement with Loving Pets Corporation (“Loving Pets”).

The lawsuit alleged that Loving Pets’ Ruff-N-Tuff® Pet Feeding Dish infringed OurPet’s ‘529 utility patent, which is for a feeding dish with rubber on the bottom that does not extend up the sidewall. The matter was settled confidentially.
