VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 13, 2015) - Skeena Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:SKE) ("Skeena" or the "Company") will raise $6 million in a non-brokered private placement financing, on a best efforts basis, via the issuance of Flow Through and Non-Flow Through common shares, subject to regulatory approval. Each Flow Through common share will be priced at $0.0975 CDN per share. Each Non-Flow Through common share will be priced at $0.075 CDN per share. Shares issued under this financing will be subject to a hold period of 4 months and one day from the closing date of the offering. Finders' fees may be payable to qualified agents on a portion of the funds raised in accordance with Exchange regulations.
The Company has already received strong indications of interest and at present believes that the financing will be fully subscribed.
The net proceeds from this financing will primarily be used for exploration on the Spectrum high-grade gold project and the recently acquired GJ project. Both projects are located in the prolific Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia.
