TORONTO, Oct. 14, 2015 /CNW/ - Cargojet Inc. ("Cargojet") announces the filing of its Amended and Restated Management Discussion and Analysis ("Amended MD&A") for the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2015. The calculation of Adjusted Free Cash Flow in the original MD&A filed for the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2015 has been corrected as follows.
The figures reported in the original MD&A as "Changes in non-cash working capital items and deposits" for the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2015 were incorrectly reported as 4,279 and (193) respectively, resulting in Adjusted Free Cash Flow of 9,016 and (8,394) respectively. In the Amended MD&A, "Changes in non-cash working capital items and deposits" for the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2015 were changed to (4,279) and 193 respectively, resulting in Adjusted Free Cash Flow of 458 and (8,008). All figures are in thousands of dollars Canadian.
The revisions relate only to the MD&A and no changes were made to the financial statements for the same periods. THERE WERE NO CHANGES TO REVENUE, NET LOSS, EBITDA, ADJUSTED EBITDA, EBITDAR, ADJUSTED EBITDAR OR STANDARDIZED FREE CASH FLOW.
