TORONTO and DALLAS, Oct. 15, 2015 /CNW/ - Milestone Apartments Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: MST.UN) ("Milestone" or the "REIT") will report its third quarter 2015 financial results after market close on Wednesday, November 4, 2015. Robert Landin, CEO, Steve Lamberti, COO, and Ryan Newberry, CFO, will host a conference call for the investment community the following day, Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. (ET).

October 2015 Distribution
Milestone has declared a cash distribution of C$0.05417 per REIT unit for the month of October, representing C$0.65 per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on November 16, 2015 to unitholders of record as at October 30, 2015.
