August 31, 2015, Super Micro announced it would be unable to file its
Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015
within the prescribed time period due to certain irregularities
regarding certain marketing expenses.
If you suffered a loss in Super Micro you have until November
3, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead
plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that
you serve as a lead plaintiff.
