EXTON, Pa., Oct. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- First Resource Bank (OTCQX: FRSB) announced that its $4 million subordinated debt offering has been completed. The subordinated debt was sold with two closings, with $2 million closed on July 31 and $2 million closed on October 15, all at an interest rate of 6.50%. The subordinated debt matures on September 15, 2025 and October 1, 2025, with call options after five years on both closings.
