(the "Lender") has provided the Company with a second Notice of Intention to Enforce Security, the first of which had been disseminated via a material change report and a press release on January 23, 2015 and January 26, 2015 respectively. The senior secured loan facility between the Company and the Lender has matured, with a total balance outstanding of $2,529,011.
