(the "Company" or "Silver Spruce") (TSX VENTURE:SSE)(FRANKFURT:S6Q) wishes to announce that it has reached an agreement with the owners of the Pino de Plata property in Mexico to extend the first payment of $125,000.00 US that was due on December 1, 2015 to March 1, 2016 and from there continue in accordance with the contract. This extension will allow Silver Spruce the opportunity to further its efforts in raising the required money to begin the work programs at the Pino de Plata project.
