(NYSE: THG) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.46 per share on the issued and outstanding common stock of the company, payable December 31, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 18, 2015.
"This 12% increase marks the eleventh consecutive year we have raised our dividend and once again represents the confidence our board of directors has in our company's overall financial condition, strong capital position, and ability to deliver shareholder value in the near and long term," said Frederick H.
