Citi Retail Services Wins Global Award for Most Innovative Application of Technology

Digital Evolution Program Recognized with 2015 bba/ifs Financial Innovation Award

Citi Retail Services, one of North America’s largest and most experienced retail credit solutions providers, is a winner in this year’s global bba/ifs Financial Innovation Awards for its Digital Evolution program. The program transformed the Citi unit’s digital marketing capabilities, empowering its retailer clients to personalize credit marketing throughout the digital shopping journey, better service customers and increase sales.
