Global, Inc. (“TerraForm” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: GLBL).

According to the complaint, the Company failed to disclose that the
TerraForm Global IPO sponsor, SunEdison, was experiencing tremendous
losses and debt problems. These financial issues impaired its ability to
develop projects to sell to TerraForm Global, rendering the projected
growth plans for SunEdison and TerraForm Global unsustainable. When the
truth was revealed, shares dropped causing investors harm.
