Limited ("China Finance Online") (NASDAQ GS: JRJC), a leading web-based financial services company that provides Chinese retail investors with online access to securities and commodities trading, wealth management products, investment advisory services, as well as financial database and analytics services to institutional customers, today announced that it has received RMB154.9 million (approximately US$24.0 million*) from its investment in the Langfang real estate project, including fully recovered principal of RMB137.9 million (approximately US$21.7 million**). The receipt of the investment is in satisfaction with the final and binding arbitration award issued in the favor of the Company from the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission on October 23, 2015 and the enforcement agreement dated December 16, 2015 relating to the award.
