On December 29, 2015, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”)
issued United States Patent number 9,225,832 entitled “Networked Contact
Center User Interface.” The ‘832 patent relates to a user interface
associated with a networked contact center that includes a frame to
present information in a selectable format. Based on a selection
associated with the information, the frame is to present further
information in an un-selectable format.
Since its establishment, 8x8 has been awarded 114 United States patents
