restaurant located in Simi Valley, California in August 2015. The
investigation is being conducted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the
Central District of California in conjunction with the Food and Drug
Administration’s Office of Criminal Investigations. On this news, shares
of Chipotle fell $22.36 per share or approximately 5% from its previous
closing price to close at $426.67 per share on January 6, 2016.
