Kelly Johnston Promoted To President Of First Republic Trust Company

SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- First Republic Bank (NYSE:FRC), a leading private bank and wealth management company, today announced that Kelly Johnston has been promoted to President of First Republic Trust Company.

Johnston, who has more than 20 years of trust and wealth management experience, joined First Republic Trust Company in 2013, and she served as Deputy Manager. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and a Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS).

First Republic also announced today that Michael Harrington, who served as President of First Republic Trust Company for the past nine years, has been named Chairman. Harrington will continue to play a leadership role in the trust company, while serving clients and providing guidance and support on regulatory and business administration.
