LYNCHBURG, VA--(Marketwired - January 19, 2016) - Bank of the James Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOTJ) today announced that Bradford K. Harris has joined Bank of the James as President of the bank's Roanoke, Virginia market.
Harris joins Bank of the James with more than seventeen years of banking experience. Most recently he was associated with BNC Bank (formerly Valley Bank) in Roanoke. Prior to this, he was with SunTrust Bank for ten years.
Mr. Harris received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Hampden Sydney College in 1994.

Harris has been active in the Roanoke community for many years and is a member of the Rotary Club of Salem. He served on the Finance Committee for Family Promise of Roanoke, Virginia in 2015.
