Regency Centers, (NYSE:REG), a national owner, operator and developer of
grocery-anchored shopping centers, has announced it has closed on the
land for Phase II of its Northgate Marketplace development. The
17.8-acre (approximately 180,000 square feet) site, with a newly added
plaza and gathering area, will be adjacent to the existing Northgate
Marketplace in Medford, OR, anchored by Trader Joe’s, REI, Petco, and
ULTA Beauty.
