Progressive names Steve Broz Chief Information Officer

MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO - January 29, 2016 - The Progressive Corporation (NYSE:PGR) today announced Steve Broz as its new Chief Information Officer following the previously announced retirement of Ray Voelker. Voelker retired after 30 years at Progressive, including 15 as Chief Information Officer.

Broz was as a key member of Voelker's senior leadership team heading up the technology group's Enterprise Project Management Office. During his 15 years at Progressive, Broz also has spent time in Customer Experience, Claims Process and Personal Lines.

Steve received his bachelor's degree from Princeton University and his master's from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at The University of Virginia.
