MOUNT AIRY, N.C., Feb. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Insteel Industries, Inc. (NasdaqGS: IIIN) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on the Company's common stock payable on March 25, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 11, 2016.
