to announce a $0.02083 per Unit distribution for February 2016. The distribution will be paid on March 15, 2016 to unitholders of
record as at February 29, 2016. Partners REIT currently has 33,441,755 Units outstanding.
Distribution Reinvestment Plan
Partners REIT offers a distribution reinvestment plan whereby residents of Canada may elect to have their cash distributions
reinvested in additional units of Partners REIT.
