Interpublic Group Agency Golin Acquires The Brooklyn Brothers

LONDON and NEW YORK, February 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --

Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) agency Golin has announced today that it has acquired award-winning independent creative agency The Brooklyn Brothers, with offices in the UK, US and Brazil. The deal brings The Brooklyn Brothers' 130 staff and Hollywood writing room into the Golin family, dramatically increasing the scope of the agency's New York and London operations.

The two agencies share a mission of creating the defining agency of this decade - each contributing its own strengths to the partnership. The Brooklyn Brothers brings its special combination of blockbuster branding and Hollywood storytelling, while Golin contributes its expertise in driving relevance for clients across every conceivable channel.
