BURNABY, BC, March 7, 2016 /CNW/ - IWG Technologies Inc. (IWG-TSXV) announces the appointment of Darryl Jacobs as the parent company's Executive Vice President, and the appointment of Steven Bis as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the wholly-owned subsidiary, International Water-Guard Industries Inc. (IWG-I).

Darryl has been instrumental in the success of the Company's subsidiary since taking on the role of its President in January 2014. He will now be responsible for planning the strategic growth of the entire operation as Executive Vice President of the parent company. Over the past two years, revenues increased by 44% and profits by 36%.

"This initiative will have Darryl focused extensively on new growth opportunities for both of our businesses, and Steven will lead the IWG-I team to continue the momentum of excellent results produced by IWG-I over the past 5 years" says Bruce MacCoubrey, President of IWG Technologies Inc.

Taking the helm of IWG-I, Steven Bis advances from his role of Director of Operations to Senior VP and GM and will be responsible for all aspects of the subsidiary. 

Steven, who joined IWG-I in 2014, has a deep understanding of customer needs and a proven track record of building powerful teams with a culture of teamwork, accountability and profitability. He has extensive experience in company operations, program & supply chain management, and leading production teams within the Aerospace Industry. Steven has held leadership roles both in large OEMs and at Tier 1 suppliers over the past 18 years.
