SAN DIEGO, March 09, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider announced today that its Modular Systems Division (MSD) recently received contract awards totaling approximately $3.5 million for specialty product orders to support the U.S. warfighter. MSD manufactures specialty products that support unmanned aerial, missile, radar, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), chemical biological radiation, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) detection, and combat and warfighter support programs and systems. The products provided under these new contract awards will be produced in a secure manufacturing facility. Due to customer related and other considerations, no additional information will be provided related to these contract awards.
