MAA Announces Quarterly Common Dividend

MEMPHIS, Tenn., March 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- MAA (NYSE: MAA) today announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.82 per share of common stock payable on April 29, 2016 to shareholders of record on April 15, 2016.

As established in prior quarters, the company is declaring its quarterly common dividend in advance of its earnings announcement, which it expects to make on May 4, 2016.
