Appeal of Former C.E.O. and Director Dismissed
Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) - California Gold Mining Inc. (“CGM” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the appeal made by Martin Shefsky and his holding company to the Alberta Court of Appeal naming the Company and certain of its directors and a former director as respondents, has been dismissed. The application on which the appeal was based was originally commenced on December 23, 2013 and was dismissed by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta on December 1, 2014.
