Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / April 15, 2016 - CWN Mining Acquisition Corporation (TSX Venture: CWN) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Haijian Liu to its Board of Directors effective April 13, 2016. Currently, Mr. Haijian Liu is the Chairman of Metath Investment Co. Ltd., a company that owns 77.44% shares of CWN, and Chairman of Shenzhen Wellgain Industrial Co. Ltd. Mr. Liu holds an EMBA degree from Yat-sen University.
Mr. Wen Hua Li stepped down from his role as Chairman and Director of the Company. We wish to thank Mr. Wen Hua Li for his contributions to the Company and offer our best wishes for his future success.
The Company also announces the appointment of Zhizhen (Andrew) Liu, CPA, CGA, B.Eng. as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Secretary effective immediately. Mr. Liu brings 7 years of experience in financial roles, including 4 years with several public mining companies. Mr. Liu is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Peking University.
Terry Wong has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other interests. We wish to thank Terry for her outstanding work and offer our best wishes for her future success.
