OTTAWA, ON--(Marketwired - April 25, 2016) - International Datacasting Corporation ("IDC") (TSX VENTURE: IDC), today announced the filing of its audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Management's Discussion & Analysis for Fiscal 2016 on SEDAR. As previously announced, IDC has entered into a merger agreement with Novra Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NVI) providing for the purchase of all issued and outstanding common shares of IDC for total purchase consideration of approximately $1.9 million (the "Merger"). A Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") will be held on May, 30, 2016, to review and approve the Merger.
IDC expects to mail the Management Proxy Circular ("Circular") with respect to the Meeting during the first week of May 2016. The Circular will also be available on SEDAR at that time.
