eBay Launches Wine Experience to Give Shoppers a New Way to Find the Perfect Bottle of Wine

Today, eBay introduced eBay Wine (eBay.com/wine), a new destination which features the ability to browse collectible, rare and everyday wines based on varietal, region, price point and more, and makes it easier than ever for experts and enthusiasts alike to find the perfect bottle of wine.

As part of the marketplace’s latest offering, eBay is partnering with Drync – a mobile app platform for wine – to bring a wide selection of wine to U.S. shoppers through Drync’s broad network of wine retail partners.

eBay shoppers will be able to purchase wine and ship to almost anywhere in the U.S.¹ In addition to varietal and price point, shoppers can filter based on price format (“Buy It Now” or auction for rare bottles) and delivery options (shipping or in-store pick-up, where available), coming soon. The site experience will also feature expert guides and tips by lifestyle expert Maureen Petrosky and sommelier and winemaker André Hueston Mack, highlighting seasonal and emerging wine trends and must-have accessories – making the shopping process easy and approachable.
