American Software’s Board Increases the Quarterly Cash Dividend by 10% to $.11 Cents Per Share

American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share, which represents a 10 percent increase over the previous quarterly dividend rate of $.10 per share. The dividend is payable to the Class A and Class B Common Shareholders of record at the close of business on August 5, 2016. The dividend will be paid on or about August 19, 2016.
