POTENTIAL SECURED FINANCING TAP
Ahead of an upcoming bond roadshow, Greene King plc announces that it is seeking to enter into a
tap of its secured financing vehicle (the "Third Tap Issue").
As part of the Third Tap Issue, subject to market conditions, Greene King Finance plc proposes
issuing new benchmark Class A6 notes with expected ratings of A(sf) and BBB+ from Standard & Poors and Fitch
respectively
Details of the proposed transactions are contained in the preliminary prospectus dated 13 May 2016
(the "Preliminary Prospectus").
The Preliminary Prospectus contains no update on current trading and remains subject to completion
and amendment.
Greene King Retailing Limited, the principal operating company of the secured financing, has also
today published its Q3 Investor Report covering results for the period from 19 October 2015 to 10 January 2016.
