Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS), a global leader in the solar PV industry, today announced that it
has repaid the entire remaining balance of its 4.00% Convertible Senior Notes due on May 15,
2016. The total cash redemption, including the Principal, accrued interest up to and including May
15, 2016, totaled USD 47,940,000.
