Update regarding Q1 results
The Q1 2016 results of the New World Resources Plc ("NWR Plc" and together
with its subsidiaries, the "NWR Group") were due to be announced on 18 May 2016.
As a result of recent events in the NWR Group related to the filing of an insolvency petition on
behalf of OKD, a.s. ("OKD"), NWR Plc is not currently in a position to announce its Q1 2016
results.
