Nordic Nanovector ASA: Annual General Meeting Held

Nordic Nanovector ASA (the "Company") (OSE: NANO) held its annual general meeting on 19 May 2016 at 10:00 AM CET.

All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice convening the general meeting distributed on 28 April 2016.
