Grant of awards under the Styles & Wood Group plc 2016 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
As announced on 21 January 2016 shareholders approved the LTIP and the grant of awards to members of the Executive
Leadership Team ("ELT"). The awards were formally granted to members of the ELT on 1 June 2016 on the
basis set out below:
